Trovon Group are delighted to announce that we have recently been granted our license to operate within the UAE and the man leading this initiative will be our Regional Business Development Manager, Mr. Neil Molloy.
The new entity, TROVON EQUIPMENT TRADING & MAINTENANCE LLC will play a key role in our Middle East & North African Strategy and marks the start of our global expansion plans.
By locating our best people on the ground where our customers actually operate and maintain their fleets, our localised service solutions for passenger and freight rollingstock will benefit the region by providing a strong local presence from an innovative, independent, asset optimisation specialist team who are committed to investing in the development of local skills.
The upshot is that Customers located in the region no longer have to deal with the inconvenience and long lead times associated with OEM’s overseas locations or deal through third-party agents and buying houses.
Neil (a native Scot) has been based in Dubai for the past 7 years and is excited to be part of a growing rail sector as the region diversifies its economy away from oil. In his spare time, he can be found enjoying team and individual sports such as Golf & Football and is also currently training for a triathlon.
Neil will bring a strong customer service focus to the role, and knows the region well having had over 10 years professional experience in the Middle East rail industry covering Freight, Transit and Metro systems.
Solving client’s Problems are Neil’s passion, and he is already working closely with a number of the region’s railway operators to identify ways to resolve their engineering, safety, supply chain and reliability challenges, whilst helping them to deliver long term operational and maintenance savings.
