Digitalisation: Using the SYVX platform for the future of the rail industry.

The future of Rolling Stock maintenance has arrived!

Trovon’s Predictive Maintenance Platform – SYVX (pronounced sigh-vicks) powered by SparkCognition is revolutionising maintenance by minimising downtime and delivering millions of dollars in operating cost savings by aggregating all forms of data, automating inspections, and telling you what is going to happen and when, and what you need to do to fix it.

Trovon’s unique re-engineering processes are the future of Rolling Stock maintenance. SYVX significantly reduces both the expense and waste involved in unnecessarily replacing parts or products, which in turn leads to a measurable reduction in costs, inventory, labour, and input energy and emissions required to produce replacement equipment, components, or parts. The resultant outcome is a Win/Win for both your bottom line and the environment.

Trovon Group Pty Ltd.

Trovon’s AI solution SYVX analyses, optimises and learns from data to augment human intelligence in predicting future asset maintenance requirements and optimising and automating processes & workflows.

The SYVX platform uses subject matter expertise to interpret data to build and teach models. The neural self-teaching AI capabilities ingest data, determine relevance & priority, predict events and optimise actions. The contextual data (e.g. weather, locational) is ingested & analysed to produce more in-depth, relevant & accurate insights. The platform uses insights, inputs and processes to detect safety & procedure breaches, optimise programs & supply chains, generate work orders, instructions & documentation and automate functions.

The SYVX platform interprets the unstructured data (e.g. technical standards, manuals, work orders, and other written or digital records/files) and then converts this into structured data for analysis. The structured data is then gathered by sensors and streamed in real-time for analysis relative to historical and comparable peer data.

LoxyTrans- Transport sector disinfection & HVAC duct spray nozzles

Automated disinfection solutions for transport vehicles after the pandemic.

To reduce the risk of COVID-19, cleaning and disinfecting facilities and vehicles is essential to maintain passenger & staff safety. Computer-controlled fogging with an effective and non-toxic disinfectant ensures lasting disinfection and is a fast and efficient method that allows you to disinfect a space in a matter of minutes. Equally important is removing airborne pathogens quickly and efficiently to assure passengers that the crowded cabin air is clean. However, it is crucial to use not only the right equipment but also the suitable disinfectant to ensure a complete and thorough vehicle clean, even in dirty and hard-to-reach places, without leaving behind toxic and corrosive residues. Enter LOXYTRANS….

LoxyTrans HVAC duct spray nozzles allow you to disinfect the air as it is returned to the passenger cabin space. Sync to function each time the doors are opened.

  • Designed by rollingstock experts for rollingstock environments
  • Fully integrated into vehicles
  • Low maintenance, high availability
  • Fast Cycle times
  • Low energy & disinfectant consumption
  • PLC-controlled cycle, tuned to the vehicle environment
  • Set & forget at the end of the run for whole vehicle disinfection
  • Deployed in HVAC ducting for airborne pathogen neutralisation, linked to vehicle door signals

Tested and approved by TGA in Australia and Biosecurity Level 3 lab in the USA.

  • Thick, even, dry fog regardless of the ambient environment.
  • Vehicle ready for next service in under 30 mins.
  • Purchased as a fully maintained service for a term period
  • Pay only for the disinfectant used, equipment supplied, commissioned & maintained as part of the contracted term.
  • Can be tailored to the needs of different operators, & vehicles.

With air travelling at speeds of up to 2.5m/s as it twists and turns through the intricate ducts of transport vehicle HVAC systems, pathogen particles don’t stay within line of sight long enough for UV air purification systems to be effective, with most requiring upwards of 6sec of UV light contact time to be effective. Enter the LoxyTrans duct fogging system.

LOXYTRANS is dosed into the supply ducts, controlled by plc, integrated into the vehicle and optimised for the space, passenger loads, and airflow. Suitable for all existing types of HVAC systems.

Disinfection

Solutions: Trovon’s surface & airborne anti-pathogen solution.

Solutions: Trovon’s LOXYTRANS fogging system.

Four benefits of Trovon’s LOXYTRANS fogging system:

  • Supply air with Loxyde fog injected into the cabin.
  • Diluted aerosols from passengers bond with Loxyde saturated air.
  • The HVAC system quickly evacuates cabin air.
  • No dead space in the cabin.

Trovon’s surface & airborne anti-pathogen solution is a fully integrated & automated system that uses Loxyde to disinfect public transport vehicles in a single-step process. It is non-toxic, non-corrosive, acts more effectively, is quicker, and continues to act 12 to 24 hours after application in the fight against viruses and bacteria.

Tested

Commercial-grade disinfectant that satisfies Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration requirements.

Proven

Hydrogen peroxide is a recognised disinfectant and virucide. Far more stable, powerful and effective (10x to 20x) than standard hydrogen peroxide, 100% biodegradable, and fully decomposes into water and oxygen.

Effective

Micro-organisms cannot become resistant to Loxyde.

Protection

Works on dirty surfaces and lasts between 12-24 hours at comparatively low dosages.

Safe

Noncorrosive and harmless to plants, animals and humans.

The PLC-controlled space disinfection unit employs multiple zones, allowing it to be a very effective system for the disinfection of HVAC ducts. By synchronising the system to deploy each time the cabin doors open or close, a short burst of dry fog within the HVAC ducts eliminates all airborne pathogens in the HVAC system before they return to the cabin. As this system does not rely on line of sight but rather destroys pathogens on contact, it is not only very effective but safe to use during passenger service.
